Making Customer Service Technology Relevant for Sunday Night Football Fans

Genesys needed to raise awareness for their customer service cloud platform, and had a media buy in place with Sunday Night Football to do it. Only problem: they needed a spot fast. Really fast.
Building on the brand messaging that we developed — Super Human Service — we created a customer service scenario any football fan could identify with. Inside three weeks, we went from briefing to concept, script, storyboards, casting, production, editing and delivery, all in-house - all in time for kickoff!
